Pham Hoang Lan earned her degree in Chinese and English from the University of Languages & International Studies – ULIS. During her academic journey, she actively participated in conferences and events organized by APEC, ASEAN, and various European organizations. After graduation, she pursued intensive training courses in conference management in Japan. Drawing on the experience and vision of HoaBinh Events Group, CEO Pham Hoang Lan founded AV Vietnam in 2012 with the aim of expanding its operations globally. Today, AV Vietnam boasts over 300 permanent employees and more than 500 hourly staff across its branches nationwide.
